This plate-flange enquiry lists DIN and ANSI references, Class 150 and PN16 labels, and carbon-steel or stainless 304, 316 and 316L material choices. Select one actual construction, dimensional system and grade. The Flange variants support the family, while the reviewed necked-flange photographs do not establish uniform plate construction.
Select the construction and one standard or class system
Agree the required flange construction and pipe attachment on a selected drawing. Resolve DIN or ANSI to a numbered standard and edition for that construction and size. Assign Class 150 or PN16 within the chosen system; the combined title does not establish equivalence, interchangeability or dual conformity. Reconcile the imported Elbow product name against flange geometry. Confirm any hub details and joining or inspection requirements for the actual attachment.
Coordinate bore, drilling and sealing interfaces
Specify nominal pipe size, outside diameter, flange bore and thickness, explaining the millimetre choices. Obtain drilling count, bolt-hole diameter, bolt circle, face dimensions and measurable finish requirements. The single mounting-hole field cannot define a complete bolt pattern. Match both mating flanges, gasket and bolting under the same selected requirements. Photographs cannot replace the dimensioned drawing or establish the actual facing for every offered choice.
Verify the selected material and complete joint
Choose one exact stainless material for the 304, 316 or 316L reference with traceable specification and grade records, or separately define Carbon Steel or Alloy. Verify Forged through production and inspection evidence, distinguishing construction from manufacturing route. Define Painting through coating requirements and sealing or welding-zone condition. Supply fluid, pressure, temperature, corrosion and mechanical loads for full-joint assessment; Pipe Class 150 alone does not establish allowable duty. Confirm offered dimensions and availability beyond Customized Size before acceptance.
