Spring Isolator Review for Compressor Equipment
RELIA selects compressor spring isolators from the equipment load, support layout and mounting geometry before quotation.
For compressor support, we can investigate spring-isolator candidates using mount loads and site installation conditions. Our product pages show compressor-related spring isolators and industrial spring mounts. The equipment load, operating frequency and attachment must be reviewed before either becomes a recommendation for your compressor.
For your compressor, we can compare the published floor-mount forms against the actual skid and support loads. The value of the review is an installation candidate with defined operating inputs, not a promised isolation percentage taken from a product category.

Compressor Duty Changes the Support Question
This gives your maintenance team a focused trial and attachment check instead of a size borrowed from an HVAC fan application.
The Support Points Carry Different Loads
Record the number and location of mounts and any unequal weight distribution. A spring title cannot tell us the load each unit will see. Our load and deflection guide provides the selection context. Discuss the proposed size against actual support loads. Compare the spring-mount range by the load at each compressor support point, not by the machine name alone.

Start-Up Conditions Need Attention
Describe start-up, shutdown and any transient movement the machine or piping may introduce.
Base and Anchor Geometry Decide Fit
Provide fixing holes, available height, mounting-foot dimensions and nearby clearances. The candidate should be checked against your compressor skid and floor. A free-standing and a fixed mount can create different installation tasks.
Isolation Performance Requires Data
We cannot infer a reduction percentage from the product name. Ask for technical information relevant to load and operating frequency, then evaluate the proposed system under your equipment conditions. The final engineering decision should follow the agreed project basis. Use the isolation selection guide to state the performance inputs needed before a mount can be proposed for compressor service.

The Compressor Isolator Follows the Actual Load Case
For your spring isolator, the supported load, installation form, movement and evaluation method guide the selection and release.
Approve the load at each support, start-up condition, base geometry, attachment, proposed configuration and evaluation method. Performance values are confirmed against project evidence.
RELIA manufactures spring isolators and combined supports in its own factory. Typical project ranges are 50–5,000 kg per unit, 5–50 mm deflection and approximately 5–20 Hz natural frequency, supported by a dedicated spring load test bench.
Real order RL-RM-2502: a European rail and engineering-equipment buyer approved spring support assemblies for −40°C to +120°C service after load, fatigue and dimensional checks. In 2025, 10 sets were completed in 35 days before ongoing 500–3,000-set batches.
Before release, keep the selected isolator, supported load, installation arrangement and project test record together. Review the company profile or request the current ISO certificate copies.
Send the Compressor Support Drawing
Send the compressor model, working weight, support layout, operating speed, piping constraints, needed quantity and site location. Note the vibration problem already observed. Share these details with us for an equipment-specific candidate.
