04 · Factory capability
Factory Capacity Supports Development and Repeat Supply
RELIA manufactures harvester cutting parts in its self-operated Qingdao factory. The range covers more than 300 compatible SKUs, including knife sections, guards, chopper blades and knife bars. Fifty to one hundred common SKUs are available for quick supply.
Knife-type production capacity is 800,000–1,200,000 pieces per month. Typical knife-section hardness is HRC 45–58, depending on the approved material and heat-treatment route.

You deal with Qingdao Relia Industries Co., Ltd. from enquiry through production. Established on 21 September 2006, we work from the office at 29 Shuyuan Road, Qingdao and directly operate the approximately 600,000 m² production site at No. 3, Haotian Road, Green Foundry Industrial Park, Tianzhuang Town, Qingdao.
The workshop includes more than 30 CNC machines, three CMMs and two spectrometers. If your supplier file requires formal documents, we can email the current ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificate copies. Final release remains tied to the approved part reference and the inspection records for your order.
