Can RELIA review an inquiry when some parameters are unknown?
Yes. Provide the confirmed information and identify open items rather than guessing. RELIA can organize the requirement, compare it with available products or manufacturing routes, and identify which details are needed before a reliable quotation.
Should I send a drawing or a physical sample?
A controlled drawing is the clearest reference when available. A sample can support identification or development, but worn, deformed or coated surfaces may need additional measurement and discussion before they are treated as the production reference.
Where should I start if I only know the application?
Start with the component's function, surrounding interfaces, operating environment and what problem must be solved. The relevant category page will show the next measurements or specifications to collect.
