This pipe fitting enquiry requests a custom forged AISI 316L stainless weld neck flange for a construction piping joint. Confirm the actual selected fitting type and supplied end before accepting the assembly. A selected drawing and certificate must establish the geometry and material that will be delivered.
Define the custom neck and pipe transition
Specify nominal size, pipe outside diameter and wall, required bore, neck taper and height, flange thickness and tolerances. Include bolt circle, hole count/diameter and facing dimensions. These details must match the mating component and selected joining arrangement rather than one catalogue size label.
Choices of 10, 12, 14, 50 and 30 mm do not establish that interface. Mounting-hole diameter 0.19in is not bore. Customized Size needs an accepted dimension schedule and inspection plan. Obtain confirmation of the actual weld-ended configuration before ordering.
Check selected material and delivered construction
AISI 316L requires the exact product material specification, grade, heat-traceable certificate and matching identification. Stainless Steel, Alloy and Carbon Steel are distinct selections; 316L does not qualify every choice. Forged needs actual manufacturing and inspection evidence.
A black drilled component and a yellow-toned threaded gallery example cannot prove selected weld-neck supply, grade or coating. Define the actual end preparation, bore/wall match and joining/inspection criteria with the supplier. No numbered dimensional standard is established by this listing.
Establish the Class 600 joint acceptance basis
Request the governing standard and actual material-temperature rating basis for Pipe Class 600; the class label alone supplies no numerical working pressure. Smooth does not specify gasket-facing profile or measured roughness. Agree compatible facing, gasket and bolting, then assess the complete joined assembly against medium, pressure, temperature and construction design conditions. Enquire with selected fitting/end, custom neck/bore and facing drawing, certificate, class basis and full duty.
