This ANSI B16.5 A182 F304 RF plate flange enquiry brings together the requested stainless grade, forged construction and raised-face configuration. Confirm those requirements for the actual selection before accepting dimensional or material conformity. Carbon steel alternatives also appear in the available variants.
F304 material and plate flange construction
Select stainless or carbon steel explicitly. Grade F304 under A182 requires a matching material certificate and heat identification; it does not describe a carbon steel alternative. Obtain the manufacturing record when forged construction is required. A plate-style appearance alone cannot qualify the production route.
Confirm the actual pipe interface and flange section on a drawing. Welding is listed, but the gallery cannot establish the connection supplied for every selection. Specify the required bore and joining detail; do not assign a thread standard or welding preparation from a photograph.
RF facing and matched flange dimensions
The five millimetre size labels need mapping to nominal pipe size and a selected dimensional drawing. Check outside diameter, bore, thickness, bolt circle, hole count and hole diameter against the mating flange. The separate 0.25 in mounting-hole entry does not define drilling across every option.
Confirm raised-face dimensions and measured sealing-surface finish. Choose a compatible gasket, bolting and assembly procedure for the selected flange pair. Equal and Hexagon labels cannot replace this dimensional information. Painting also needs a defined coating specification and sealing-face treatment where applicable.
Class 150 duty and enquiry documents
Class 150 is not a fixed pressure limit. Assess the actual material, temperature, medium and design requirements before use in irrigation, automotive repair or heating systems. Provide selected material and nominal size, RF and connection drawing, mating flange details and operating duty. Request material, manufacturing and dimensional inspection records for the required standard edition and acceptance criteria.
