This forged stainless flange and orifice-plate enquiry references several standard families for machinery use. Actual DN50 variants offer nine flange types across four broad materials. Define the selected arrangement and included components before treating the title as a complete assembly or a claim of simultaneous compliance.
Separate the orifice flange from any measuring package
Orifice flange is an actual type option, but it does not independently establish an included plate, its bore, pressure taps, instruments or measurement performance. Obtain a written component list and assembly drawing for any intended orifice function. Integral, Weld Neck, Slip On, Socket Weld, Lap Joint, Threaded, Blind and Spectacle Blind are other distinct actual choices. Specify each selected form's own attachment, closure or mating-component requirements rather than treating the names as interchangeable.
Confirm the nominal DN50 interface and drilling pattern
DN50 identifies the nominal request without measuring the bore or outside diameter. Obtain the actual section and interface dimensions, including thickness, facing, bolt circle and applicable pipe attachment. The retained table records four holes and 15 mm hole diameter; verify that pattern for the selected type and standard. The reviewed large and smaller open-flange examples cannot establish actual dimensions or universal drilling for all choices. Match the confirmed flange, gasket and bolting interfaces.
Choose one complete standard and traceable material
ASME, ISO, JIS, DIN, ANSI and JPI references need specific numbered standards and editions. Establish the applicable requirement and rating without assuming common dimensions or all-standard conformity. Alloy Steel, Aluminum, Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel alternatives need their own exact specifications and traceability. Verify Forged through production evidence and define sealing-face condition beyond Polished. Industrial and machinery wording do not qualify service. Assess actual fluid, corrosion, pressure, temperature and mechanical loads for the complete selected joint, with separate documented acceptance requirements for any orifice function.
