This flange enquiry lists stainless steel and titanium with welding, threaded, loose, forged, plate and blind references. Those terms need separate confirmation against a selected variant. The actual menu identifies Flange with Stainless Steel, Alloy or Carbon Steel choices; it has no Titanium option or individual flange-form selection.
Confirm titanium availability separately from Alloy
If titanium is required, request a documented offered grade and material traceability. Do not interpret the generic Alloy option as titanium. A stainless selection also needs one exact grade and material records. The dark surfaces and visible markings in the photographs cannot qualify the material or production route for every option. Forged requires its own production evidence.
Choose the flange form before its attachment detail
The reviewed images show open-centre flanges, including hubbed and flatter examples. They do not establish an actual blind or loose configuration. Obtain a selected drawing stating the form and whether its centre is open or closed. A blind requirement needs a documented closure design; a loose requirement needs its mating or supporting components identified. For an open-centre selection, clarify the intended threaded or welded attachment and its complete thread detail or weld preparation. The body Elbow label does not define an offered elbow variant.
Complete the dimensions and assembled-joint specification
Explain the nominal-size convention for the millimetre labels and Customized Size. Confirm thickness, outside diameter, any bore, facing and bolt pattern; Hexagon and the mounting-hole field are insufficient. Define the required finish beyond Smooth and establish a numbered dimensional standard with its edition. Pipe Class 125 needs a standard, unit and material/temperature basis. Assess the selected flange, mating flange, gasket, bolting and pipe attachment or closure against actual fluid, pressure, temperature, corrosion and mechanical loads.
