This pipe flange enquiry needs a selected construction to connect its A105, ASME B16.5, FF/RF and socket/plate references. The title also contains carbon-steel and stainless-steel wording. Identify the actual offered variant and drawing before combining those labels into a specification; the photographs establish flange forms without proving every named connection, face or material.
Choose the construction and sealing face
Ask whether the required model has a socket connection, plate form or another documented pipe interface. A section drawing should show the bore, flange thickness and any hub or socket dimensions. Choose FF or RF explicitly and match its face dimensions and finish to the mating flange and gasket. The necked flange forms visible in the images do not by themselves identify a socket design or verify a particular sealing face.
Assign A105 and resolve the production route
For an A105 requirement, identify the selected carbon-steel item and request traceable material records. A stainless-steel variant requires its own exact grade and acceptance evidence. The Forged and Casting labels need reconciliation through production and inspection documentation before a manufacturing route can be accepted. Keep the material, route and chosen construction tied to the same offered model rather than treating them as universal properties of every option.
Complete the bolted-joint specification
State nominal size and explain the millimetre option, then request outside diameter, bolt circle, hole count, hole diameter and the applicable B16.5 edition and class. The isolated Pipe Class 1000 and mounting-hole fields do not establish a verified standard rating or complete bolt pattern. Provide gasket and bolting requirements, pipe details, fluid, pressure, temperature and assembly conditions for assessment of the complete joint. Smooth and generic connection labels do not qualify sealing finish or allowable duty. Acceptance needs one coordinated drawing and linked material, production and inspection records.
