This CNC-machined stainless-steel flange enquiry includes a weld-neck title requirement, while the selectable types include Slip On Flange. The photographs show several flange forms. Confirm the actual subtype first so its pipe attachment, dimensions and inspection package describe the same selected component rather than combining different constructions.
Resolve the selected subtype and DN80 dimensions
Identify the offered flange on a drawing. For a weld-neck requirement, define neck geometry, weld-end preparation and the bore-to-pipe-wall match. A slip-on selection needs its own fit, attachment and inspection details. DN80 identifies the listed size choice but does not supply the actual bore, outside diameter or flange thickness. Agree the applicable dimensional standard, edition and acceptance tolerances explicitly; none is supplied in the source. Check installation clearance and access for the chosen attachment procedure.
Confirm drilling and the complete mating-face arrangement
Explain what the inch range labelled Bolt Hole Diameter measures. Request the actual bolt-circle diameter, hole count and hole diameter on the selected drawing rather than applying the six-hole entry across the mixed gallery. Match those dimensions to the adjoining flange. Define face form, gasket-contact finish, gasket and bolting together with assembly and inspection requirements. CNC Machined alone does not establish measured surface roughness, dimensional accuracy or an accepted sealing arrangement.
Assign material and service requirements independently
Choose Stainless Steel or Carbon Steel explicitly and obtain the exact material specification, grade and traceable records. A type label containing stainless steel does not qualify the composition of a carbon-steel selection. The images cannot verify grade, selected subtype or drilling dimensions. Construction is a broad application label, not a service qualification. Provide fluid, pressure, temperature, corrosion and installation conditions for assessment of the complete joint, and request the missing pressure-class basis before acceptance.
