This flange enquiry lists stainless 304/316 and carbon-steel alternatives with DIN/ANSI, Class 150 and PN16 references. The Flange options and drilled open-bore photograph support the family. Selection needs one defined material, construction and dimensional basis so the chosen component can be matched to the actual pipework.

Choose one standard and class basis for the drawing

Request the complete dimensional standard number and edition behind DIN or ANSI. Confirm the selected pressure-class basis rather than assuming Class 150 and PN16 are interchangeable or jointly qualified. Identify the construction intended by Plate and obtain evidence of the actual manufacturing route described by Forged. The photograph cannot establish a subtype or standard conformity. Explain the millimetre option labels and identify the nominal size and actual bore of the offered flange.

Match drilling, facing and the pipe attachment

Record flange outside diameter, thickness, bolt-circle diameter, hole count and diameter and face geometry. Check the full pattern against the mating flange rather than using the isolated mounting-hole field. Smooth does not specify a measured gasket-contact finish. Agree gasket, bolting and assembly with the selected face, then define the pipe attachment and inspection requirements appropriate to the actual construction. Include installation clearance and access for joining, fastening and inspection in the selected drawing package.

Assign the exact grade and qualify the complete joint

For Stainless Steel, specify the full material standard and exact grade, choosing 304 or 316 with traceable records. Carbon Steel and Alloy choices require separate exact assignments. Do not apply the stainless title references to every variant. Verify production and dimensional inspection through records rather than appearance. Supply fluid, pressure, temperature and corrosion conditions for service assessment; Pipe Class 150 alone does not establish allowable duty. Customized Size does not prove arbitrary capability or availability. Acceptance should tie the selected standard/class drawing to material and complete-joint evidence.
