This carbon-steel back-ring flange enquiry includes DN25–DN200, 1–8-inch, PN10/16 and 301/304/316 title references. An accepted component schedule and assembly drawing must define the supplied arrangement. Naming alone does not certify an independently sealing ring or a direct welded connection.
Build the ring and component schedule
Fifteen actual Flange variants combine each 10 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm, 50 mm and 30 mm label with Stainless Steel, Alloy or Carbon Steel. Establish whether the selected label describes a nominal size or measured dimension. The broader title range does not prove continuous availability or equivalence to these choices.
Assign a material designation, grade, condition and inspection traceability to each supplied component. Treat 301/304/316 as grade references requiring selection, rather than certification of every alternative. Identify the supporting component and define any welding scope individually; do not assume that the back ring itself is welded.
Approve contact surfaces and drilling
Provide ring inside/outside diameters, thickness, contact geometry, bolt circle, hole quantity and tolerances. The separate 0.25-inch mounting-hole entry cannot establish a complete drilling pattern. Customized Size requires agreed dimensions, while Equal and Hexagon wording needs confirmation against the actual drawing.
Reference images show drilled annular rings and additional flange-like forms with different appearances. They cannot certify supplied subtype, material or finish. Specify the mating interface and relevant sealing arrangement, gasket and bolting as an assembly.
Document manufacturing and service acceptance
Request relevant forged-production and inspection evidence, plus painting coverage and functional-surface exclusions. Establish the governing basis for PN10/16 and the Class 1000 entry without assuming numerical equivalence. State medium, pressure, temperature, cycling and loads; agree installation, inspection, requested OEM/ODM/OBM work and the stated one-year warranty terms.
