This pipe fitting enquiry presents a 304 stainless flat-welding special-shaped forged flange with precision requirements. Confirm the actual selected fitting type and approved custom drawing before supply. The requested outline, welding arrangement and measured tolerances must be defined for the component that will be delivered.
Specify the outline from clear inspection datums
Provide the required outline, bore, thickness, bolt circle or custom hole coordinates, hole diameters and tolerances. Identify the datum system, mating geometry, flatness requirements and inspection method. High Precision alone gives no numerical tolerance or measured result; agree acceptance criteria before approving manufacture.
The 10, 12, 14, 50 and 30 mm labels do not describe the full part. Mounting-hole diameter 0.26 in is not bore. Customized Size needs an approved dimension schedule. Drilled-ring photographs cannot qualify the selected special outline, grade or achieved precision.
Define the actual flat-welding construction
Flat Welding does not identify a flat gasket face or one standardized flange construction. Confirm the physical weld arrangement, preparation, matching pipe dimensions and joining/inspection requirements on the selected drawing. Agree the actual facing and measured surface finish separately.
304 requires the exact product material specification, selected grade, heat-traceable certificate and matching identification. Stainless Steel, Alloy and Carbon Steel options require separate qualification; 304 does not certify every choice. Forged also requires actual manufacturing and inspection evidence.
Accept the complete custom joint for its duty
Smooth does not establish measured roughness or hygienic certification. No numbered dimensional standard is established here, and Pipe Class 150 alone supplies no numerical working pressure. Agree compatible facing, gasket and bolting with the mating assembly. Assess actual material, weld, medium, pressure and temperature under governing design requirements. Enquire with confirmed fitting type, outline/datum drawing, numerical tolerance plan, certificate, weld/seal acceptance and full duty.
