This carbon steel SCH80 90-degree long-radius welded elbow is listed for construction with a DN100 title reference. The actual variant remains a half-inch to 12-inch range. Confirm how DN100 maps to the intended order and verify the complete geometry and manufacturing description.
Allocate DN100 and verify the selected SCH80 dimensions
State the nominal sizing convention and actual ordered size within the range. DN100 is not a separate variant in the record, and a nominal label does not supply a measured diameter. Specify the radius, actual wall dimensions, tolerances and matching pipe requirements for the 90-degree elbow.
Request finished length, height and hole dimensions rather than repeating the range in those fields. Clarify the Hexagon head feature, its location and purpose on the drawing. SCH80 describes a wall reference requiring selected dimensions, not numerical pressure acceptance.
Clarify welded manufacture and the forged supply record
Explain Welded in the title alongside FORGED in the table through actual production documents. Distinguish manufacturing from connection wording without assuming seamless or butt-weld construction. Obtain the complete carbon steel grade and condition, governing specifications and editions, material certification, traceability and conformity scope.
Allocate Welding and NPT to individual ends with preparation, applicable full thread details, mating parts, sealing and examination. Agree measurable criteria for the smooth surface and delivery protection. The manufacturing and connection records should describe the same selected component.
Confirm the construction medium and duty evidence
Record medium composition, pressure and temperature limits, cycles, corrosion exposure and mechanical loads. Low Pressure and Not Rated do not establish numerical suitability for the selected DN100 enquiry or other sizes. Assess corrosion resistance against the actual environment and obtain material, joint and rating evidence. Agree the resolved drawing, route and inspection/testing package before supply acceptance.
