This EN1092-1 carbon steel flange listing includes weld-neck, slip-on and threaded references. Actual options pair five metric size labels with Stainless Steel or Carbon Steel, while the type field remains Flange. Identify one construction and selected material before specifying the component.
Choose the flange form before allocating dimensions
Confirm weld-neck, slip-on or threaded construction with an approved drawing. Specify actual nominal size, bore and mating interface; the 10, 12, 14, 50 and 30 mm labels require clarification rather than automatic conversion. Agree neck or other interface dimensions where relevant to the chosen form.
Review outside diameter, thickness, facing geometry/finish, bolt circle, hole count, hole diameter and tolerances. Allocate the table’s 0.2-inch mounting-hole entry and Hexagon code to the selected drawing instead of treating them as universal drilling or flange shape. Confirm individual configuration availability.
Clarify EN1092-1 coverage and the class system
Agree the governing edition and applicable form/material/size provisions with accepted records. The Pipe Class 125 entry does not identify an allocated class system or approved pressure-temperature limit. Do not convert it into a PN designation or working-pressure value without supporting documentation.
Request the full selected steel grade, condition, traceability, material certificates and manufacturing evidence for forged construction. Define smooth-surface inspection without assuming corrosion approval. For threaded selection, specify the actual thread standard and size; for welding, establish pipe/end compatibility and preparation.
Approve the selected flanged joint
State medium, pressure, temperature, cycling, loads and material/sealing compatibility. Obtain complete joint acceptance including mating flange, gasket, bolting, alignment and installation inspection. Agree marking, dimensional/class/manufacturing records, included parts and quotation scope for the actual selected form and size.
