This slip-on flange enquiry combines ANSI B16.5 and Class 150 requirements with carbon-steel and stainless 316 alternatives and a DIN reference. The Flange options establish the family, while the gallery includes different flange forms. Confirm the selected construction and standard before using the images or material labels as an acceptance specification.

Define the slip-on fit and one dimensional standard

Obtain a drawing identifying the actual slip-on model, pipe fit, attachment weld arrangement and inspection requirements. Choose the proposed B16.5 edition or identify the full DIN standard intended; the title does not establish interchangeability or conformity to both systems. Explain the millimetre labels and record nominal size, actual bore, outside diameter and thickness. Check installation clearance and access for welding and inspection. The mixed photographs cannot certify the selected subtype or standard from appearance.

Match drilling and facing as a complete bolted joint

Record bolt-circle diameter, hole count and diameter and face geometry, then compare the full pattern with the mating flange. The isolated mounting-hole field is not a drilling drawing, and Smooth does not specify a measured gasket-contact finish. Agree gasket, bolting, assembly and inspection against the selected face and actual mating components. Define the adjoining pipe specification and attachment requirements together with the flange rather than qualifying each label independently.

Verify the exact material and pressure-temperature basis

Select Stainless Steel for the 316 requirement and obtain the complete material specification, exact grade and traceable records. Carbon Steel and Alloy alternatives need separate assignments. Verify Forged through production and inspection evidence; photographed colour does not establish composition, coating or manufacture. Class 150 is a class requirement and does not alone define allowable pressure at the intended temperature. Provide fluid, corrosion and installation conditions for complete-joint assessment. Confirm offered dimensions and availability separately from Customized Size before accepting the selected drawing and records.
