This stainless steel tube reducer enquiry lists 304, 304L, 316 and 316L material references. Its actual type choices are reducer, while the imported table states Equal and Elbow. Confirm the selected transition drawing before assigning end geometry or choosing a grade; the broad material menu does not resolve either issue.

Reconcile the reducer with both adjoining pipe sizes

Record large and small nominal sizes, actual outside diameters and walls, transition length and taper. Clarify why Equal appears in the table and confirm the actual reduction relationship. Identify whether the selected centreline arrangement is concentric or eccentric, including offset orientation where relevant. Tapered gallery fittings cannot establish the offered subtype or dimensions. Each single millimetre option needs mapping to both ends; it does not define a complete reduction pair.

Select one documented stainless grade for the transition

Choose Stainless Steel and specify one of the title's grade references with a complete material document and traceable records. Do not assume dual qualification or assign all four grades to one variant. Alloy and Carbon Steel alternatives need separate material and joining assessment. Agree the applicable dimensional standard, edition and actual wall requirements without inventing a schedule. The Factory title wording does not independently verify the producer or manufacturing capability.

Qualify welding and duty at the two different interfaces

Define end preparation, alignment, joining procedure and inspection for both adjoining pipes. Support Forged with actual production evidence and clarify coating and weld-zone acceptance beyond Painting. Generic Hexagon and mounting-hole entries do not qualify transition measurements. Establish Pipe Class 150's standard and unit basis, then assess fluid, pressure, temperature, corrosion and loads for the reducer, pipes and completed welds. Customized Size alone does not establish offered dimensions or capacity.
