This stainless casting/forging flange enquiry includes weld-neck, threaded, slip-on, blind and flat-plate references. Select the delivered construction and its flow or closure function before ordering. Those names do not establish one interchangeable flange or a complete pressure-boundary design.
Choose the construction before dimensions
Fifteen actual Flange variants combine 10 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm, 50 mm and 30 mm labels with Stainless Steel, Alloy or Carbon Steel. Choose one combination and define its nominal or measured size meaning. A material label alone does not select the flange subtype.
Reference images show a linked solid-disk/open-ring piece and an internally threaded drilled component. They cannot certify the supplied construction. Define bore, pipe interface, relevant hub and end preparation for a flow connection; a blind or other closure needs its own accepted design and operating basis.
Coordinate the mating drawing and production
Specify outside diameter, thickness, face geometry and finish, bolt circle, hole count and diameter, and tolerances with the mating assembly. The separate 0.26-inch mounting-hole entry cannot establish the full drilling pattern or nominal size. Customized dimensions require drawing approval.
Confirm the material designation, edition, grade, product condition and inspection traceability. Agree the accepted casting or forging route and obtain its production records. Threaded or welded attachment requirements must match the selected construction. Define painting scope, preparation and functional-surface exclusions without assuming coating performance.
Accept the selected joint for service
Class 150 requires its governing standard and selected material-temperature basis. Provide the actual medium, pressure, temperature, cycling and imposed loads. Agree compatible mating flange, gasket and bolting where relevant, together with installation and inspection requirements. Confirm drawing approval, requested OEM, ODM or OBM scope, and the stated one-year warranty terms before accepting the supplied component.
