This pipe fitting enquiry uses RF WN, seamless butt welding and A234 stainless steel wording for an oil/gas line flange. Confirm the actual selected fitting type and exact certified material before approving supply. The requested application and labels alone cannot establish a suitable pressure joint.
Resolve the requested material before ordering
Obtain the precise material specification and grade, heat-traceable certificate and matching identification. A234 and stainless wording needs documentary clarification for the selected item; do not replace it with an assumed standard or grade. Stainless Steel, Alloy and Carbon Steel options require separate material decisions.
Yellow-toned drilled rings in the gallery do not verify alloy, coating or delivered construction. Seamless and Forged need actual production and inspection records. Request how the selected component is made and accepted, without treating the two labels as proof of either compliance or incompatibility.
Approve the raised-face and neck interface
For an RF weld-neck requirement, provide nominal size, bore, matching pipe wall, neck height/taper, flange thickness, bolt circle and hole pattern. Define raised-face dimensions, measured finish and tolerances. Smooth is insufficient to specify sealing roughness or the compatible gasket.
The 10, 12, 14, 50 and 30 mm choices do not define a complete flange. Mounting-hole diameter 0.25 in is not bore. Customized Size needs an approved drawing. Butt welding acceptance also requires selected bevel, wall match, joining procedure and inspection criteria.
Assess the complete oil and gas joint
Pipe Class 150 alone supplies no numerical working pressure without actual material, temperature, dimensions and governing standard. Evaluate mating flange, gasket and bolting with actual oil/gas composition, pressure and temperature. No corrosion qualification follows from the application name. Send selected fitting type, exact material certificate, neck/facing drawing, production and weld requirements, and full operating conditions with the enquiry.
