This A234 WP11 90-degree elbow enquiry uses 306 naming and galvanized forged-steel wording. Establish the supplied body material and connection construction before selecting the fitting for construction, oil or compressor service. Keep 306 as an enquiry reference until its intended meaning is documented.
Confirm body material and coating scope
Request the material specification, selected grade or plastic designation, product condition and inspection evidence for each supplied component. Plastic choices do not independently certify a particular polymer or a steel-body configuration. Agree the applicable A234 WP11 scope for the actual delivered construction rather than using title wording as compliance evidence.
Define galvanizing or plating by the accepted coating process, composition, coverage and inspection requirements on the specified substrate. Manufacturing appearance alone does not establish forging or coating performance. Clarify whether separate body, insert or connection components have different material requirements.
Select the millimetre option and female ends
Available size labels are 4MM, 6MM, 8MM, 10 mm, 12 mm and 14 mm. Specify whether the selected label means tube outside diameter, nominal pipe size, bore or another measurement. Identify both ends on the drawing before ordering against Female or NPT wording.
Confirm the required 90-degree angle, centerline radius, center-to-end dimensions, bore, wall and tolerances. The 50mm length and height entries and 0.25-inch mounting-hole value cannot complete the end geometry. Agree thread size, engagement and sealing requirements without automatically converting a millimetre label into a thread selection.
Accept the actual compressor or project duty
The 0.9MPa entry needs its material, temperature and design or test basis; Not Rated does not certify a pressure class. Provide the medium, operating conditions, cycling and loads, including oil or chemical compatibility where relevant. Confirm installation and inspection requirements, requested OEM or ODM scope, and the stated one-year warranty terms with the quotation.
