This pipe fitting enquiry requests 304/316L stainless, five inch, ASTM forged threaded drainage flange supply. Confirm the actual selected fitting type and supplied connection before approving the joint. Exact dimensions, certified material and the governing specification need selected evidence rather than a general catalogue label.
Set the actual size and connection requirements
Five Inch and Full Size do not establish the delivered nominal size. Options of 10, 12, 14, 50 and 30 mm need clarification against the requested drawing. Specify bore, flange thickness, bolt circle, hole count/diameter, facing and tolerances; mounting-hole diameter 0.26 in is not pipe bore.
For a threaded request, agree exact thread form/standard, nominal size, engagement and inspection acceptance. For welded supply, agree preparation, pipe wall match and joining/inspection criteria. Obtain confirmation of the selected end arrangement; a threaded gallery example does not establish every delivered connection.
Identify one grade and a numbered specification
304 and 316L are separate grade requests. Obtain the exact product material specification, selected grade, heat-traceable certificate and matching marking. Stainless Steel, Alloy and Carbon Steel choices require separate qualification; the stainless title does not certify all materials.
ASTM alone supplies no numbered designation or edition. Forged requires actual manufacturing and inspection evidence. Customized Size needs an approved dimension schedule. Paired drilled-ring photographs do not prove selected diameter, grade, class or standard compliance.
Define the actual drainage assembly duty
Identify fluid composition, temperature and whether operation is gravity-fed or pressurized. Drainage wording does not qualify chemical compatibility. Smooth does not define gasket-facing profile or measured roughness. Pipe Class 600 alone provides no numerical working pressure. Assess the actual mating flange, gasket, bolting and selected connection together. Send confirmed fitting/end, exact size drawing, grade certificate, numbered standard requirements and complete duty with the enquiry.
