Use this forged polished 90-degree elbow enquiry to define the complete mating arrangement before choosing supply. Stainless steel 304 and low-pressure wording accompanies four actual metric labels and four material choices. Confirm both delivered ends and the certificate for the selected combination rather than approving an example image.
Describe how the two mating pipes will connect
An accepted end drawing should identify each opening, its size and the supplied joining method. For threaded supply, choose NPT or BSPT and specify male or female arrangement, engagement, gauging and sealing acceptance. For welding, define actual preparation, mating pipe wall and joining inspection.
Female/Male does not independently establish the whole assembly. Dark bend groups and a metallic elbow example in the photographs do not certify the delivered ends, grade or route. The mating layout must also state the required turn, bend radius, center-to-end dimensions, wall and tolerances.
Match the actual metric choice to its material evidence
Each 10, 12, 14 or 50mm label combines with Stainless Steel, Zinc, Iron or Carbon Steel, making sixteen actual variants. Establish the selected diameter basis and bore. Generic inch ranges in length, height and mounting-hole entries cannot replace the chosen component drawing.
Obtain the exact material specification, grade and matching heat or batch traceability. A 304 claim requires the selected stainless certificate and cannot describe non-stainless choices. Request actual manufacturing records for forged supply and define polishing extent, finish and cleanliness; these labels do not establish hygienic certification.
Qualify the assembly for the intended fluid and pressure
The listed water, drainage, fire, natural-gas and petroleum contexts require acceptance for actual medium composition, temperature, pressure cycles and complete joint. Low Pressure and repeated class wording need a governing rating standard and material-temperature basis, without assuming class means psi. Enquire with the mating drawing, selected combination, dimensional acceptance, material and manufacturing documents, finish requirements, operating duty and inspection criteria.
