This polished eccentric/concentric pipe reducer listing requires material clarification before purchase. The original title names stainless steel304/316L, while all three actual DN150, DN125 and DN100 variants specify Carbon Steel. Neither material identity should be accepted as certified until the selected configuration is reconciled.
Resolve the material mismatch for the selected item
Request the full material specification, grade, condition, traceability and certificates with corrected configuration records. Confirm which material is offered for the individual enquiry rather than applying the stainless title to carbon steel options. Existing catalogue choices remain unchanged while this discrepancy is made explicit.
Obtain manufacturing evidence for forged construction. Define polished surfaces and finish inspection, and ask whether any protective treatment is actually included. Anti-corrosion wording does not identify a coating or establish compatibility with a particular oil, fluid or operating environment.
Specify the reducing pair and installation profile
Select eccentric or concentric geometry and identify both larger and smaller nominal ends. Confirm outside diameters, bores, wall thickness, transition length/profile and tolerances, including offset/orientation where relevant. Each DN variant is a single nominal label rather than a complete reducing pair.
The table’s half-inch-to4-inch ranges under length, height and mounting-hole diameter need allocation to the selected drawing. They do not establish measured dimensions or holes. Resolve Welding versus NPT entries through the actual end design, mating pipe details and accepted joining requirements.
Approve the actual pipeline service
Low Pressure and Other class do not provide numerical duty. State the medium, pressure, temperature, cycling, loads and corrosion allowance, then obtain complete system acceptance. Agree dimensional documents, alignment, inspection, marking, records, individual configuration availability and quotation scope after material reconciliation.
