This carbon steel elbow listing addresses chemical plants with Q235A, hot-pushed and long-radius references. The table lists Technic Other, Welding and NPT. Confirm the actual supplied grade, forming route and end connection before selecting the fitting for a chemical-process piping position.
Verify the specified grade and hot-pushed production evidence
Request the material specification, grade Q235A, condition, traceability and inspection package for the order. Generic Carbon Steel wording does not certify the title grade. Obtain actual production records to establish the hot-pushed route; Technic Other provides no manufacturing definition or evidence of the final supplied condition.
The original photograph shows two curved fittings with a metallic appearance. It cannot verify chemistry, forming method or a measured angle. Identify the applicable material and fitting specifications, editions and conformity documents. Actual material and process acceptance must be tied to the supplied order and project requirements.
Resolve ends and define the long-radius installation drawing
Specify welded or threaded ends with the corresponding end drawing. Welding and NPT entries do not establish one actual connection. Confirm bevels or selected threads, mating pipes and inspection criteria. Select nominal size, outside diameter, bore, wall, angle, radius and centre-to-end dimensions for the chemical-line position.
The half-inch to 12-inch option is a range. Confirm actual length and height instead of adopting repeated range values as measurements. Hexagon and mounting-hole fields do not establish a flange or complete feature layout. Verify actual smooth finish, required cleanliness and protection; appearance does not prove long-radius geometry or corrosion compatibility.
Agree chemical duty and measurable fitting acceptance
Provide medium composition, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, loads, environment and joint details. Low Pressure and Not Rated entries establish no numerical allowable limit. Assess the documented material and geometry against the actual duty. Agree material, dimensional, angle, radius, end, surface and required project tests with criteria and traceable reports before accepting the fitting.
