This painted carbon steel equal tee listing targets underground water pipelines. The original image supports a tee form, while the selectable type is labeled Reducer. Confirm the exact fitting and approved drawing before using the size range to select a component or accepting protection for buried service.
Approve the ordered tee and welding geometry
Provide run and branch nominal sizes, bore, actual diameters, wall requirements and center-to-end dimensions. Confirm the Equal arrangement and how it maps to the selected option. Agree welding end preparation, mating-pipe details and tolerances for the actual assembly rather than relying on the generic Welding entry alone.
Use explicit dimensional values and units on the approved drawing. Hexagon, Customized Size and Metric fields do not provide those measurements. Obtain supplied grade, condition, traceability and material inspection records; Carbon Steel and a234wpb options are labels, and the image cannot establish the actual alloy or production route.
Specify protection for internal and buried exposure
Define the actual Painting system, covered surfaces, surface acceptance and inspection criteria. Confirm its relationship to internal water exposure and external buried conditions. Appearance and a painted title do not demonstrate a buried-service protection system, coating performance or corrosion resistance for every installation environment.
Describe soil or other external exposure, installation loads, handling and preservation requirements for the selected fitting. Agree the protection package through the project requirements and actual supply documentation. Request production evidence supporting Forged, with material, end and coating inspection records available for acceptance before installation.
Set the underground water operating envelope
State water composition, treatment chemicals, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and joint requirements. High Pressure and Other class do not provide numerical allowable limits. Evaluate the confirmed material, geometry and surface package against the actual duty, including any required water-contact approval, then agree records, marking, protection and delivery.
