Verify concentric geometry and the SCH20 wall
Pipe-size labels are 10, 12, 14, 50 and 30 mm. Identify their dimensional meaning and specify both ends, centerline alignment and transition geometry on the accepted drawing. Equal wording does not establish the intended reduction. Allocate SCH20 to actual nominal sizes and the governing wall document.
Request numerical end-wall values, outside dimensions and tolerances. The table adds a 4 in overall length, height 8 without a unit and 0.25 in hole diameter. Confirm the unit and component for each entry rather than combining the metric choices and inch fields automatically.
Reconcile A234 WPB with the ordered production package
Select the exact material grade, governing specification and edition, condition, heat traceability and certificates. Allocate the A234 WPB title requirement to the carbon steel supply; it does not certify a stainless alternative. Verify the listed Casting route and applicable conformity through actual production and inspection records.
Define male/female ends, full NPT designation, engagement, mating parts and sealing requirements. No butt-weld arrangement is supplied. Agree where Smooth applies, its measurable finish criteria and delivery protection. Do not import painted or polished treatment from a neighboring reducer listing.
Establish evidence for the requested service
Low Pressure is qualitative and Not Rated gives no accepted numerical limit. Supply medium chemistry, pressure, temperature, cycling, exposure and loads for assessment. Flexibility and corrosion, chemical or UV resistance need evidence for the chosen material and finish. Agree installation alignment, inspection, testing, marking and material, manufacturing, dimensional and surface records in the quotation.
