This 90-degree elbow enquiry references JIS B2312 with forged, plated carbon steel and NPT wording. Confirm the actual supplied material and joining configuration before ordering. Six actual size options use a Plastic material label, so acceptance requires a selected drawing and material certificate.
Resolve the selected size and elbow construction
Choose 10 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm, 8MM, 6MM or 4MM and define whether that label means nominal size, tube outside diameter or another dimension. Request the actual angle, centreline radius, end outside diameter, wall, centre-to-end dimensions and tolerances. Equal needs matching end dimensions on the accepted drawing.
Length and height entries of 50mm do not specify the complete elbow geometry. The mounting-hole label does not establish the flow bore. Large open bends and orange-finished examples in the photographs cannot identify the selected material, dimension, forging route or coating composition.
Accept one joining method and documented finish
Obtain written acceptance of the supplied end configuration. For a threaded selection, confirm exact NPT size, gender, engagement, gauging and sealing acceptance. For welded supply, define preparation, selected wall and joining inspection. The title's Butter Weld wording needs clarification before any weld specification is accepted.
Verify the selected product material specification, exact grade, traceable certificate and matching identification. JIS B2312 needs the applicable edition and documented compliance. Forged and Plated require production evidence and selected coating composition, thickness and finish acceptance; appearance alone does not establish these properties.
Qualify the compressor operating envelope
Obtain the actual certified pressure-temperature envelope and governing standard before compressor service. A numerical pressure label alongside Not Rated is not an accepted universal working limit. Assess medium composition, temperature, operating pressure, cycles and the complete joint. Send the selected size basis, confirmed material and ends, dimensional drawing, certificate and route/coating requirements with the enquiry.
