This alloy steel flange listing concerns industrial pipeline enquiries across several catalogue forms. Alloy Steel is one of four material choices among thirty-six combinations. Select the actual flange type and individual size before assigning the title’s document or seamless references to a purchase specification.

Select one alloy flange form and supplied assembly

The available types include integral, weld-neck, slip-on, socket-weld, lap-joint, threaded, blind, orifice and spectacle-blind forms. Confirm the actual function, mating interfaces and included parts for the chosen construction. These alternatives should retain their own drawings rather than being treated as interchangeable configurations.

Request full alloy designation, grade, condition, traceability and certificates. Clarify seamless wording with manufacturing records for the actual component. A generic Alloy Steel option does not establish heat resistance, corrosion suitability or a certified manufacturing route for every catalogue choice.

Complete the document and drilling specification

ASME, DIN and GOST appear without document numbers. Agree the exact governing document, edition and selected type/material/size/class provisions, supported by accepted records. Do not assume universal cross-standard compatibility. No numerical pressure class or approved pressure-temperature limit is supplied here.

Confirm nominal size and actual availability within the half-inch-to120-inch range. Obtain outside diameter, thickness, bore/interface, form-specific geometry, facing dimensions/finish and tolerances. Allocate the four half-inch holes to the drawing, verifying bolt circle, count and diameter rather than assuming universal drilling.

Accept the pipeline joint under actual conditions

Define polished surfaces and inspection criteria, then state medium, pressure, temperature, cycling, loads and material/sealing compatibility. Obtain complete joint acceptance covering mating parts, gasket, fasteners, alignment, joining and installation inspection. Agree marking, material/process/dimensional/class records, included parts, individual supply and quotation scope.
