This pipe fitting enquiry presents AISI321 stainless flanges with SO/WN/SW/BL/PL construction choices and welded or threaded connections. Establish the actual selected fitting type, then choose one construction and one connection for the intended assembly. A title listing several alternatives does not identify the delivered configuration.
Choose the construction that matches the joint
Define whether the request needs an open bore or a blank closure. Obtain the selected drawing showing nominal size, bore or closure dimensions, thickness, bolt circle, hole pattern, facing and tolerances. Include any neck or socket detail required by the chosen construction rather than merging every alternative into one component.
The 10, 12, 14, 50 and 30 mm options do not define that drawing. Mounting-hole diameter 0.26 in is not bore. Customized Size requires agreed dimensions and inspection criteria. Different drilled-ring gallery examples cannot establish selected construction, material or facing.
Specify one accepted welded or threaded connection
For welded supply, confirm preparation, pipe wall match and joining/inspection requirements. For threaded supply, define exact thread form, size, engagement and acceptance; no named thread standard is established here. Specify the actual requested connection before assessing mating-component compatibility.
AISI321 needs the exact product material specification, grade, heat-traceable certificate and matching identification. Stainless Steel, Alloy and Carbon Steel are separate selections; the title does not certify every option. Forged also needs actual production and inspection evidence.
Qualify the sealing assembly for service
Smooth does not define gasket-facing profile or measured roughness. Agree the mating flange, compatible gasket and bolting as a complete assembly. Pipe Class 150 alone provides no numerical working pressure. Assess actual material, temperature, pressure and medium under the governing design requirements. Send selected fitting type, one construction/connection, dimensioned drawing, certificate, joining and sealing acceptance, and full duty with the enquiry.
