This steel tube listing covers general industrial use with hot-rolled, seamless carbon material and black or oiled surface references. The table instead records stainless steel, ERW, Cold Rolled and Non-oiled. Confirm the actual order requirements before accepting a particular material, manufacturing sequence or surface condition.
Document material and the complete processing sequence
Request the supplied specification, grade, condition, traceability and material inspection package. Resolve carbon and stainless classifications through records. Establish seamless or ERW production with manufacturing evidence. Clarify the actual hot-rolled and cold-rolled operations and final condition instead of treating the wording as a verified process history.
The original photograph shows wrapped bundles, which do not expose the actual tube finish or oil film. Black or Oiled wording requires a selected finish and preservation instruction, especially against the Non-oiled table entry. Confirm surface condition, protection and acceptance criteria in writing; packaging colour does not identify the tube material or treatment.
Select geometry for a defined industrial component
The available choices list 12 m or 6 m lengths and a wall range of 6–20 mm. Specify actual outside diameter, bore, wall and cut length for the component drawing. Relate the 219–1066 mm diameter range to that selection rather than assuming every size is suitable for the same application.
Set straightness, roundness, ends and mating-joint requirements. Define the dimension and measurement method covered by ±1%. Agree actual finish and transport preservation for the chosen geometry. General fluid, drilling, hydraulic, gas and oil table labels do not establish an approved use or connection arrangement for the offered tube.
Define industrial duty and measurable acceptance
Identify the actual component function, medium where relevant, pressure, temperature, cycles, loads and environment. Specify the governing material or product requirements and edition. Agree material, dimensional, surface, end and required application tests with criteria and traceable reports. Generic ASTM, API and ISO 9001 labels establish no universal industrial approval or numerical performance guarantee.
