This painted carbon steel tee listing targets oil pipelines with hydraulic-bulging, forged and seamless references. The original image supports tee forms, while the selectable type is labeled Reducer. Confirm the actual supplied component and manufacturing package before accepting a configuration or construction description for the order.
Verify the actual forming and seamless route
Request production records identifying how the selected fitting was manufactured and accepted. Hydraulic Bulging, Forged and Seamless are title references that need evidence for the actual supply. The family image cannot establish the forming process or certify construction, so do not use appearance to resolve the route.
Agree the manufacturing and inspection requirements with the approved component drawing and project specification. Clarify actual production scope separately from the Welding connection entry. Obtain supplied grade, condition, traceability and material inspection documentation; Carbon Steel and a234wpb option labels do not provide certificates for the ordered fitting.
Approve tee dimensions and painted surfaces
Provide run and branch sizes, bore, diameters, wall requirements, center-to-end dimensions and welding end details with tolerances. Confirm Equal geometry and resolve the selected option mapping. Hexagon, Customized Size and Metric entries do not supply measured values, so agree explicit units and dimensional inspection criteria.
Specify Painting treatment, covered areas, surface acceptance and coating inspection requirements for the actual oil and external exposure. Dark appearance does not identify coating chemistry or demonstrate protective performance. Agree preservation and handling records alongside the material, production and end documentation required for acceptance of the selected component.
Define oil-pipeline operating acceptance
State actual oil composition, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and external loads. The High Pressure label and Other class entry do not quantify the acceptable pressure and temperature for this oil-line fitting. Evaluate the confirmed material, geometry, joint and surface package against the pipeline requirements, then agree inspections, documentation, marking, protection and delivery before approving the supplied fitting.
