This gasket listing targets carbon steel flange sealing and uses non-asbestos and high-temperature resistant wording. Its options separately name Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel and CPVC & Stainless Steel. Confirm the selected gasket composition and its intended mating flange before treating the title as a complete material specification.

Verify the non-asbestos material description

Request the full material declaration for the chosen configuration and evidence supporting any required non-asbestos statement. The listing does not identify a particular fibre, binder or compound. A carbon steel flange application also does not mean that every gasket option is made entirely from carbon steel.

Obtain the exact alloy or resin information and a component breakdown where multiple materials are named. Do not infer a reinforced or layered construction from the combined CPVC & Stainless Steel label. Material traceability and any required performance data should refer to the actual supplied design.

Match the flange and thermal service

Provide the flange designation, facing geometry and seating dimensions. Specify the gasket inside and outside diameters, thickness, profile and tolerances. Clarify the dimensional role of the 10 mm pipe-size option and whether the 0.2 in mounting-hole value applies to the selected part.

Describe the process media, concentration, pressure, temperature and cycling conditions. High-temperature resistant wording gives no numerical thermal limit, and the table states Not Rated. Evaluate compatibility and joint loading using the selected material and actual carbon steel flange and bolting design rather than the broad resistant feature labels.

Agree manufacturing and inspection acceptance

Check the Welding, Hexagon, Polished and Smooth fields against the approved drawing and assembly requirements. They do not establish a welding installation procedure or numerical surface finish. Confirm material and dimensional inspections, quantity, packing, preservation and delivery, and clarify the one-year warranty terms separately from service life or sealing performance.
