This seamless stainless welding-elbow enquiry lists 180, 90 and 45 degrees. Its actual variants have size and broad material choices without an angle field. Confirm one angle for the selected option and link it to a drawing; the three title references do not establish that every variant supplies every bend configuration.
Identify the intended bend or return layout
Ask which requested angle is offered, then establish its tolerance and centreline radius. A return-bend request needs the leg relationship, centreline spacing, end orientation and installation envelope documented. A directional bend needs its centre-to-end dimensions and orientation to both pipes. The photographs show silver and dark curved examples without proving a supplied return bend, measured angle or radius class for the chosen variant.
Connect the chosen angle to both end dimensions
Explain the millimetre menu's nominal-size convention and verify both outside diameters and walls with the adjoining pipe data. Confirm the Equal relationship against that drawing. Hexagon, the mounting-hole value and Customized Size cannot define the geometry or a supplied range. Establish the dimensional requirements and wall designation; no schedule is assigned by this page.
Verify seamless manufacture separately from pipe welding
Select one exact stainless grade with complete material specifications and traceability; no individual grade is stated. Alloy and Carbon Steel alternatives need their own requirements. Request production evidence for Seamless and the Forged entry rather than assuming an incompatible route. A seamless body can still require a welded pipe joint. Define the actual end detail, preparation, alignment and joining inspection, then clarify Painting and joint-zone condition. Establish Pipe Class 150's basis and assess fluid, pressure, temperature, corrosion and mechanical loads for the selected layout and both completed joints.
