This carbon steel welded tee listing targets industrial exhaust systems with a Q235A material reference. The selectable materials are Carbon Steel and a234wpb, and the type is labeled Reducer. The original image supports a tee form; confirm the ordered component and actual material package before accepting exhaust suitability.
Verify Q235A supply and manufacturing records
Clarify the Q235A title against the actual material specification for the selected fitting. Do not treat that reference and the WPB option as interchangeable certified supply. Obtain grade, condition, traceability and material inspection documentation, together with the project requirements needed to assess the intended exhaust exposure.
Request production evidence supporting Forged and clarify Welded connection versus component construction. A title or family photograph does not document the complete manufacturing route. Agree actual production and acceptance records for the component represented by the order, rather than assuming thermal capability or supplied strength from appearance.
Approve equal-tee dimensions and painted areas
Provide run and branch sizes, bore, diameters, wall requirements, center-to-end and welding end details with tolerances. Confirm Equal geometry and resolve the selected option mapping on the approved drawing. Hexagon, Customized Size and Metric entries do not supply measured values, so agree explicit units and dimensional inspection criteria.
Define Painting treatment, covered surfaces, surface acceptance and inspection requirements for exhaust and external exposure. Dark appearance cannot establish coating chemistry, corrosion performance or heat resistance. Confirm actual surface and preservation records with the material, branch and end inspection package required for acceptance of the ordered fitting.
Describe the exhaust process and operating envelope
State gas composition, contaminants, particulates, moisture or condensate exposure where applicable, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and loads. High Pressure and Other class do not quantify allowable conditions for this exhaust tee. Evaluate the confirmed material, geometry and joints, then agree inspections, documentation, marking, protection and delivery against the actual duty.
