This pipe-fitting enquiry centres on an equal tee with WP321 and 347 stainless references alongside carbon-steel alternatives. Both reviewed photographs show branched fittings. The actual choices include TEE and Elbow, so select the intended type before assigning tee geometry, an exact material grade or an applicable fitting standard.

Specify the selected tee across all three ends

For TEE, request a drawing identifying run and branch nominal sizes, outside diameters, actual walls and centre-to-end dimensions. Explain the millimetre labels and establish the Equal relationship between all three mating pipes. Define welding-end preparation and access at each connection. Elbow selections need a separate angle, radius and end drawing; the imported Elbow product-name entry does not establish the tee's dimensions. Neither the Hexagon nor mounting-hole field replaces a selected three-end drawing.

Separate material references from standard qualification

Resolve WP321 and 347 through an exact stainless material specification, edition and traceable grade records. Assign Carbon Steel and Alloy alternatives separately. Agree the fitting standard for the selected welded tee and establish whether the title's ASME B16.5 reference applies to that construction. A title reference alone cannot qualify dimensions or pressure class. Obtain production and inspection evidence for Forged rather than using the photographs to establish a manufacturing route.

Coordinate branch welding and service acceptance

Match the run and branch ends to the actual adjoining pipes, joining procedure and inspection requirements. Clarify Painting through coating coverage, preparation and weld-zone condition. Supply fluid, pressure, temperature, corrosion and branch-load conditions for complete-assembly assessment; the 150 labels alone do not establish permissible duty. Confirm offered dimensions and availability beyond Customized Size. Base acceptance on the selected type drawing and reconciled material, standard, production and welded-joint records.
