This stainless-steel equal-tee enquiry requests a threaded connection, but the specification table records Welding. The two reviewed photographs show tee forms without establishing threads. Resolve the actual end construction before specifying assembly, and select TEE explicitly because the offered types also include Elbow.
Resolve the connection before specifying threads
Obtain a drawing showing the actual construction of all three ports. If threaded ends are confirmed, define the thread system and edition, nominal designation, pitch, taper or parallel form, male/female assignment, engagement and sealing method. Match each mating connection and check tool access. Millimetre labels alone do not identify a thread standard. If welded ends are offered instead, agree a revised connection requirement with its end preparation and inspection procedure. Neither source label by itself settles that decision.
Describe the selected tee and exact material
Identify run and branch nominal sizes, outside diameters, actual walls and centre-to-end dimensions. Confirm the Equal relationship across all three pipes. An Elbow selection requires a separate angle and end drawing, and the imported Elbow product name cannot define tee geometry. Specify an exact stainless material and grade with traceable records; Carbon Steel and Alloy alternatives need separate assignments. Photographed grade or schedule markings do not qualify every variant, and the Hexagon or mounting-hole fields do not replace a three-port drawing.
Agree production and complete-joint acceptance
Verify Forged through manufacturing and inspection evidence. Define Painting through coating requirements and connection or sealing-surface condition. Provide fluid, pressure, temperature, corrosion and branch loads for assessment under the applicable fitting and joining requirements. Pipe Class 150 alone does not establish permissible duty. Confirm offered dimensions and availability beyond Customized Size, then accept the selected fitting against reconciled type, end construction, material/production and complete-joint records.
