Start this SCH20 ASME B16.9 carbon steel welded tee enquiry with a run-and-branch drawing. The title mentions straight/reducing forms, the table says Equal, and both actual variants use Reducer. Inspected images show smaller-branch tee forms, but these references cannot establish the exact supplied geometry.

Identify the run, branch and actual fitting shape

Confirm whether the quotation covers an equal tee, reducing tee or another fitting, and explain the actual option label. Specify both nominal sizes, bores, outside diameters, center-to-end lengths, branch orientation and tolerances. Clarify the table’s Hexagon entry against the accepted component drawing.

The half-inch-to110-inch option is a range label rather than proof of every available size. Select the individual size pair and confirm supply. Customized overall length and height need agreed values; generic mounting-hole and thread entries should not introduce interfaces unsupported by the selected drawing.

Verify SCH20, material and manufacturing records

Identify the governing ASME B16.9 edition and applicable dimensional requirements. Confirm the meaning of SCH20 through actual wall measurements and tolerances at each end. Select the full material specification, grade and condition behind Carbon Steel or a234wpb labels, with traceability and accepted documentation.

Welding attachment, welded body construction and the table’s FORGED claim describe different questions requiring manufacturing evidence. Agree the supplied route and end preparation. Plain finish wording does not establish protective coating performance or material identity from the dark photographs.

Replace qualitative pressure wording with accepted duty

High Pressure is recorded without a numerical rating, while Pipe Class and Application say Other. State medium, pressure, temperature, cycling and loads, then obtain fitting/joint acceptance. Agree welding procedure and inspection, dimensional/material/manufacturing records, marking, supply scope and warranty/OEM terms before procurement.
