A DN600 PN16 flat-flange enquiry under GOST 33259-2015 needs an identified flange type, facing version and material specification. The selected item should be defined on a dimensional drawing that matches the intended pipe joint. Use the Type 01 requirement together with the required facing and steel grade so that the proposed configuration can be assessed as one specification.
Identify Type 01 and the Facing Version
State the exact standard and edition applicable to the enquiry. Have the selected drawing identify Type 01 and the required facing version explicitly. A flat-flange body type and a sealing-face description are separate details and should be checked independently. Define the mating flange face and gasket requirements as part of the joint specification. Confirm the actual facing geometry rather than assuming that different labels describe an identical arrangement.
Check the DN600 Connection Dimensions
Obtain the flange outside diameter, thickness, bore, bolt circle and drilling dimensions for the required nominal size and designation. Compare the drawing with the pipe dimensions and the mating flange specification. Include any installation constraints that affect joint alignment or access. The nominal size alone does not establish the complete connection, so review all relevant dimensions for the selected item together.
Specify Steel Grade and Operating Conditions
Identify the exact carbon-steel grade and material condition required by the project, then obtain traceable records for the proposed flange. Name the process medium and describe its pressure and service-temperature conditions. Request the applicable pressure-temperature qualification for the same material, standard and configuration. A PN designation should be assessed within that defined scope. Complete the enquiry with the type, facing version, dimensional drawing, material records and joint requirements before selecting the final flange for the application.
