This customized tee listing is directed toward oil and gas enquiries and describes grade 304 stainless steel with a painted surface. The selectable materials are Carbon Steel and a234wpb, and the types are labeled Reducer. The original image supports a tee form, so confirm the actual ordered component and material.
Approve the customized component and material
Obtain the drawing that identifies the proposed tee and its relationship to the selected option. Request actual grade, condition and traceability records to resolve the stainless title against the carbon and WPB labels. Appearance cannot establish grade 304 or substitute for the supplied material package.
Identify the material and component specifications required for the purchase, with applicable editions and production inspections supporting FORGED. Agree a drawing revision and inspection basis for the customization rather than treating the broad 1/2–110 inch range as a selected configuration.
Define welding dimensions and paint acceptance
Specify run and branch sizes, outside diameters, wall requirements, center-to-end dimensions and actual end details. Equal in the table does not supply measured geometry. Confirm the applicable welding and end inspections, with agreed units and tolerances beyond Customized Size, Metric and Hexagon entries.
Request the actual paint chemistry, covered surfaces, thickness requirements and inspection criteria. Painting is a recorded surface reference, but the image cannot verify the supplied treatment or its performance. Connect material, dimensional, end and paint acceptance to the approved customized drawing and required documentation.
Establish the oil or gas operating requirements
Describe the selected medium, composition, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and loads. High Pressure and Other class leave numerical allowable limits unspecified. Review the actual tee and joint under those requirements, then confirm records, marking, preservation, quantity, availability and delivery. Agree OEM requests and warranty terms separately from technical acceptance.
