For this GOST 12821 bolted-flange enquiry, establish the supplied material and construction before accepting the A105/F321/F304/F316 references or forged-steel wording. The complete delivery drawing and traceable material package must identify the actual flange assembly.

Establish the supplied material and construction

Actual variants carry Polypropylene or PP with pipe size None. These labels do not certify a polymer grade, selected nominal size or delivered construction. Obtain the accepted material specification, grade, product form, condition and inspection evidence without assuming steel or polymer supply from naming alone.

The drawing should identify the flange body, any backing/support components and pipe-side attachment. The viewed machined hubbed open-bore flanges and dark-finished pair cannot resolve supplied material, production route or standard/rating. Agree manufacturing and inspection acceptance for Forged and Mould terminology.

Define the complete bolted interface

Confirm the intended GOST 12821 edition and selected type/material/size scope with accepted documents. Polishing does not certify facing finish. Require flange diameter, thickness, bore or closure/end geometry, facing dimensions/finish, bolt circle, hole count and hole diameters with tolerances.

Repeated 1/8"-6" entries for length, height and mounting-hole diameter cannot provide a complete interface drawing. Bolted describes the mating assembly; any intended pipe-side threading needs a separately selected and verified NPT or BSPT arrangement.

Qualify the rating for actual service

Low Pressure provides no numerical operating envelope. Pipe Class 150 needs the applicable standard and material-temperature basis rather than automatic equivalence to another flange standard or permission for any steel/polymer assembly.

Provide actual medium, pressure, temperature, cycling and mechanical loads for water, drainage, fire-protection, natural-gas or petroleum requests. Confirm project acceptance requirements and compatible mating flange, gasket, fasteners, support and assembly details with the accepted material and full interface drawing.
