This forged SS304/316 stainless steel elbow enquiry names 45, 90 and 180-degree bends with DN10 welding wording. Begin by choosing one required bend and establishing its supplied material; the named alternatives do not constitute three selectable actual variants.

Choose one angle and documented size

The sole actual variant is Elbow / 1/2" - 12" / Carbon Steel. Include that selection in the enquiry and request the exact nominal-size designation and measurement units. Do not assume a DN-to-inch conversion or discrete stock availability from the broad range.

Provide the chosen angle, centerline radius, center-to-end measurements, end diameters, bores, wall thickness and tolerances. A routing drawing should show mating pipe positions and required clearances. Repeated length, height and mounting-hole ranges do not establish these measured dimensions.

Qualify stainless naming and delivered ends

Request the accepted material specification, grade, product form, condition and traceable inspection records. SS304/316 naming does not establish which grade is supplied, and the actual carbon option needs material clarification before corrosion suitability can be assessed.

The viewed references show rows of dark elbows and black elbows with size, schedule and WPB markings. They cannot certify supplied stainless material, DN10 dimensions or the selected angle. Confirm delivered joining details from an accepted end drawing, including welding preparation or thread requirements as applicable; Hexagon wording cannot define the complete pipe end.

Set construction acceptance requirements

Forged naming requires manufacturing and inspection evidence for the actual body. Smooth and corrosion-resistant descriptions do not identify a protective coating or guarantee resistance to every fluid. Evaluate the documented material against the intended medium and environment.

Low Pressure and Not Rated leave numerical operating capability unspecified. State pressure, temperature, flow, cycling and external mechanical loads for the proposed construction installation. The final enquiry should combine one selected angle/size/end drawing, the accepted material and production records, inspection criteria and the full operating basis of the pipe joint.
