This forged carbon steel tee listing targets boiler piping with welding, JIS and Hexagon references. The selectable type is labeled Reducer, while the title and original image support a tee family. Confirm the actual component, approved drawing and supply records before accepting a configuration for the boiler installation.
Identify the JIS and component drawing requirements
Specify the JIS number, edition and fitting or project coverage required for the order. JIS Standard alone does not identify a complete specification or demonstrate conformity. Request actual manufacturing and acceptance records supporting Forged, with the supplied component linked to its selected drawing and material package.
The boiler tee drawing should state both branch and run dimensions, including bore, wall, center-to-end and prepared welding ends, with accepted tolerances. Confirm Equal geometry and the selected option mapping. Define any Hexagon features with actual dimensions; Customized Size and Metric entries do not supply measured values, so agree explicit units and inspection criteria.
Verify material and supplied surface documentation
Obtain supplied grade, condition, traceability and material inspection records. Carbon Steel and a234wpb labels are not certificates for the order. Clarify the actual welding connection and mating-pipe requirements separately from component manufacture, using the approved end drawing rather than assigning geometry from a family image.
Specify Painting treatment, covered surfaces, surface acceptance and inspection requirements for the intended boiler and external exposure. The workshop image cannot identify coating chemistry, thermal performance or a handling rating. Agree preservation and handling requirements through actual supply documentation alongside dimensional and end inspections.
Define numerical boiler duty and project acceptance
State actual fluid or steam conditions, composition, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and loads. High Pressure and Other class do not quantify allowable conditions for this boiler tee. Evaluate the confirmed material, geometry and joint, then agree required boiler records, inspections, marking, protection and delivery against the installation requirements before approval.
