This weld tee listing is intended for industrial water supply and includes EN 1092-1, PN16 and A234 WPB references. Its alloy steel title differs from the Carbon Steel option. The original image supports a tee form, while the selectable type reads Reducer; confirm the exact fitting and supplied material.
Check EN and PN scope for the actual fitting
Clarify which component and interface the EN 1092-1 reference is intended to cover, including the required edition and project acceptance. Do not automatically transfer a flange-related standard reference to the tee body. Obtain the actual fitting specification and supporting conformity records for the selected item.
PN16 wording does not by itself establish the allowable pressure across the required temperature range. The table also gives High Pressure and Other class without numerical limits. Confirm the actual rating basis, material and joint requirements for the complete assembly rather than using the title as a pressure certificate.
Resolve material and ordered tee dimensions
Request supplied grade, condition, traceability and material inspection documentation to resolve the alloy and carbon steel labels. A234 WPB in the title or an option is not a supplied certificate. Obtain manufacturing evidence supporting Forged and the approved drawing for the selected tee configuration.
Specify run and branch sizes, bore, wall, center-to-end dimensions, welding end preparation and tolerances. Equal, Hexagon and Customized Size entries do not provide measurements; agree units across the Metric table and inch range. Define the Plain surface condition, inspection acceptance, preservation and handling requirements separately.
Establish industrial water service acceptance
Provide water composition, treatment chemicals, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and external loads. Evaluate the confirmed material, geometry and joints against those conditions, including any required water-contact acceptance. Agree dimensional and end inspections, material and conformity records, marking, protection and delivery before approving the ordered fitting.
