Bolt Hole Diameter1/2"Bolt Hole Quantity4
A customized stainless flange is presented for chemical industry enquiries, with grade 316L, raised face and forging references in the title. The order should identify its actual construction and the approved drawing. A facing description and generic material choice do not complete the specification of the supplied flange.
Record the customized configuration
Choose the required flange type from the available options, then document its face diameter, height and finish. Include the mating-face and joint requirements that determine acceptance. Raised face wording should be checked against this drawing rather than applied automatically to every stainless configuration in the listing.
Set nominal size, thickness, bore or closure details and the complete bolt pattern, together with requirements specific to the selected connection. The four half-inch holes shown in the table require a dimensional check. Confirm exact availability within the broad 1/2–120 inch range before finalizing the customized order.
Connect material records with drawing approval
Ask for the supplied grade designation, condition and traceability supporting 316L, plus the production records required by the purchase specification. Stainless Steel options provide a general material family, and Forged wording does not replace the evidence needed to accept the actual component.
The ANSI reference needs a numbered specification and edition where applicable, along with the required pressure designation. Define measurable criteria behind Polished, especially for the mating face. Agree drawing revision control and inspection records so that any customization is assessed against the same approved requirements.
State the chemical process acceptance basis
Describe process composition, concentration, contamination, temperature, pressure, cycles and loads. Review the proposed material, face and joint for that environment without treating chemical industry wording as a corrosion guarantee. Establish material, dimensional and face inspections, marking, preservation and shipment requirements. Confirm quantity and delivery against the approved configuration and required documentation package.
