A Class 150 polished stainless steel blind flange is the focus of this industrial-equipment listing. Stainless Steel/Blind Flange is an actual selectable combination. Confirm the chosen material and closure configuration before carrying the title’s forged, A105 or high-pressure references into an order.

Clarify the stainless selection and A105 reference

The catalogue contains thirty-six combinations covering four materials and nine flange types. Carbon Steel/Blind Flange is also selectable. Ask which exact material specification applies to the selected item; the combined title does not allocate A105 to every stainless choice.

Request full grade, condition, traceability and accepted material certificates, plus manufacturing evidence for forged construction. Specify which surfaces require polishing and how finish is inspected. Neither a stainless option nor a polished surface establishes corrosion, chemical or hygienic suitability for the proposed service.

Confirm Class 150 against the individual drawing

Agree the governing document, edition and applicable size/material provisions for the Class 150 reference. Obtain approved pressure-temperature limits rather than treating the class number as working pressure. The shared half-inch-to120-inch label requires confirmation of individual nominal size and actual supply.

Review outside diameter, thickness, facing geometry/finish, bolt circle, hole count, hole diameter and tolerances. The table lists four half-inch holes; allocate those entries to the selected drawing instead of assuming identical drilling across all sizes and materials.

Approve the complete blind-flange joint

Define medium, pressure, temperature, cycling, loads and compatibility; High Pressure alone is qualitative. Confirm mating flange, gasket, bolting, alignment and installation inspection for the completed joint. Agree material, manufacturing, dimensional and class records, marking, included parts and quotation scope before procurement.
