The black steel DN25 concentric reducer enquiry needs a confirmed delivered nominal size and full transition drawing. Establish the selected component for the industrial installation before treating the named size, alignment or surface appearance as accepted supply evidence.
Confirm nominal size and concentric geometry
The three actual variants are Reducer / Carbon Steel / DN150, DN125 and DN100. DN25 naming does not establish an additional actual option. Request the exact supplied nominal-size designations and identify the large and small ends explicitly.
Specify both end outside diameters, bores, wall thicknesses, overall length, transition profile, concentric alignment and tolerances. Repeated inch ranges for length, height and mounting-hole diameter cannot define the selected DN transition or a nominal conversion.
Check joining and body production
The two viewed references show dark transitions in a workshop and an offset-looking reducer. Those forms cannot certify supplied concentric geometry, dimensions, grade or finish. Use the selected delivery drawing and inspection results to confirm alignment and mating-pipe fit.
Agree the actual delivered joining system with accepted welding preparation or thread details. Clarify whether Welded describes body manufacture separately from installation welding. Forged naming requires production and inspection evidence for the actual body rather than an assumption based on its connection.
Qualify black finish and industrial duty
Carbon Steel needs a selected specification, grade, product form, delivery condition and traceable material records. Black appearance, Polished and corrosion-resistant descriptions do not identify a protective coating or resistance to every industrial medium. Confirm surface requirements for the intended environment.
Low Pressure remains qualitative, and Other class/application wording leaves numerical limits unspecified. State medium composition and concentration, pressure, temperature, cycling, flow and external loads. Submit the actual nominal-size and complete concentric end drawing, material/manufacturing and surface records together with joining inspection criteria and the complete-joint operating basis.
