This painted carbon steel tee listing targets small-bore piping with ASTM A105 and socket-weld references. The selectable type is labeled Reducer. The original image supports tee forms, but actual bore, socket dimensions and supplied material need confirmation before accepting a component for the intended assembly.
Define the selected bore and socket interface
Small Bore describes the application without identifying one measured configuration within the broad range. Request run and branch sizes, actual bore, wall and center-to-end dimensions on the approved drawing. Confirm Equal geometry and resolve the selected option mapping using the component represented by the order.
Specify socket dimensions, mating-pipe fit and tolerances rather than deriving them from the Welding table entry. Hexagon, Customized Size and Metric fields do not supply measured values. Agree explicit units, end inspections and joint acceptance; the listing does not establish a universal socket gap or welding procedure for every application.
Verify A105 supply and painted surface acceptance
Clarify the actual ASTM A105 requirements, edition and supplied material scope against the a234wpb option. Request grade, condition, traceability and material inspection documentation rather than treating the references as one certified material package. Obtain production evidence supporting Forged for the selected fitting.
Define Painting treatment, covered surfaces, surface acceptance and inspection criteria. Red appearance cannot identify coating chemistry or demonstrate corrosion performance. Agree actual surface records, preservation and handling requirements with the material, bore and socket inspection package required for acceptance of the ordered component before installation.
Set service conditions for the small-bore tee
State the actual medium, composition, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and external loads. High Pressure and Other class do not quantify the allowable envelope for this selected fitting. Assess the confirmed material, geometry, joint and surface package, then agree inspections, documentation, marking, protection and delivery against the project requirements.
