Map each diameter and thickness label to the selected pipe
The menu records diameter/thickness pairs of 22/3, 25/3, 32/3, 42/4, 48/5 and 60/5 millimetres. These are option labels rather than inspected supplied measurements. Confirm what diameter denotes, the nominal-size convention, actual wall and tolerances. Obtain the governing wall specification and verify Sch 40 or STD for the chosen size without assuming equivalence. The length, height and mounting-hole fields do not define that full dimensional package or remove the larger menu choices.
Reconcile manufacture separately from the welded joint
Request production and inspection records explaining the Seamless and CASTING entries for the selected elbow. Neither label should be silently chosen as the actual route. Butt Welded describes the requested connection and does not itself establish welded-body manufacture. Obtain the bend angle, centreline radius, centre-to-end dimensions and both end details on a linked drawing; no long- or short-radius form is stated. Qualify A234 material and the complete elbow connection
Carbon Steel is the broad actual material, while the A234 reference lacks an exact grade. Obtain complete specifications and traceability without adding an unlisted grade. Confirm the applicable B16.9 edition and dimensional inspection, then define butt-weld preparation, wall alignment and inspection for both joints. Clarify black paint and joint-zone condition. High Pressure, corrosion-resistance wording and Not Rated establish no numerical allowable duty or proven corrosion suitability. Assess actual fluid, pressure, temperature and mechanical loads using the reconciled material, wall, bend and joint evidence.
