This weld-end tee enquiry lists SCH40, SCH80 and SCH120 with stainless-steel alternatives and A234 WPB carbon-steel references. Actual types include both TEE and Elbow. Choose the intended fitting first, then assign one schedule and exact material so the selected drawing and records describe the same component.

Select the type before defining branch or bend geometry

For TEE, label both run openings and the branch with nominal sizes, outside diameters, actual walls, branch orientation and centre-to-end dimensions. For Elbow, request the required angle, centreline radius and dimensions of its two ends. The tee photographs cannot define the separate elbow geometry. Explain what each millimetre label measures and whether equal ends are required for the chosen type. Check the branch or bend layout against adjoining pipes, nearby supports and access for joining and inspection.

Assign one schedule and traceable material package

Select SCH40, SCH80 or SCH120 explicitly and connect it to the chosen nominal size and actual wall record. The three labels do not establish one thickness or availability across every option. Choose Carbon Steel for the A234 WPB requirement and obtain the complete material specification, edition and traceable grade records. Stainless Steel and Alloy choices need separate exact assignments. No dimensional standard number is supplied, so agree applicable dimensions, tolerances and inspection for the selected type.

Define weld-end, surface and service acceptance

Match weld preparation and actual wall to every mating pipe. Verify Forged through production and inspection evidence, and define measurable surface-finish requirements beyond Smooth. The dark tee photographs do not qualify schedule wall, grade or manufacture. Provide fluid, pressure, temperature and corrosion conditions with the joining and inspection procedure for complete-joint assessment. Pipe Class 125 does not itself establish allowable service. Confirm the offered dimensional range and availability separately from Customized Size, then link acceptance to the selected type, schedule and material records.
