This carbon steel tee listing targets power-plant boiler piping and includes Class 3000, socket-weld and JIS references. The selectable type is labeled Reducer. The original image supports a tee form, but the supplied socket arrangement, class basis and approved configuration require confirmation for the actual order.

Approve the socket interface and hexagon details

Request the actual socket dimensions, mating-pipe fit and tolerances on the end drawing. Define run and branch sizes, bore, wall and center-to-end dimensions together with any Hexagon features. The Welding table entry and family image do not establish a measured socket configuration or the selected component geometry.

Confirm the Equal arrangement and selected option mapping using explicit units. Customized Size and Metric entries do not supply the missing values. Agree the actual joint and dimensional inspection criteria for the assembly; the listing does not provide a universal socket gap, welding procedure or acceptance method for every boiler installation.

Identify JIS requirements and the class basis

Specify the JIS number, edition and component or project scope required by the boiler installation. JIS wording alone does not establish conformity. Clarify Class 3000 applicability to the actual fitting, material and temperature conditions rather than converting the nominal class directly into allowable working pressure.

Obtain supplied grade, condition, traceability and material inspection records. Carbon Steel and a234wpb labels are not certificates. Request production evidence supporting Forged, and define Painting coverage, surface acceptance and inspection requirements for the actual exposure and temperature, with preservation records for the ordered fitting.

Define boiler operating and project acceptance

State the actual fluid or steam duty, composition, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and external loads. High Pressure and Other class provide no numerical allowable limits. Assess the confirmed material, geometry and joint against the project requirements, then agree required boiler approval, inspections, documentation, marking, protection and delivery before release.
